Council does not intend to initiate any rulemaking for 2013.

The following information is provided as required by A.R.S. § 41-1021.02:

• Identification of Rulemaking: The Governor’s Regulatory Review Council will be updating its rules to implement statutory changes made to the Administrative Procedure Act by Laws 2012, Ch. 352 (House Bill 2744), such as new petitions for review and new expedited rulemaking procedures.
  

• Notice of docket opening: Volume 18, Issue 26 June 29, 2012 P.1502

• Notice of proposed rulemaking: Anticipated in March, 2013

• Federal funds for proposed rulemaking: None

• Notice of final rulemaking: Anticipated in Summer, 2013

   

• Review of existing rules: None

• Rulemakings terminated in 2012: None

• Privatization option or nontraditional regulatory approach considered: None
